Hot Tub Films was established in 2013 but officially founded in 2015. It sprouted from the uncontollable love of Cristina Fanti and Valerio Esposito. Love for film and for each other. And for a fiercely independent outlook on life.
Fueled by Robert Bresson's ominous statement: the future of cinema is in the hands of some kids that, using money from their own pockets, will produce their own films, freeing themselves from the cage of industrial logics.
That is what Hot Tub Films is, two kids making the films they care about, and hoping you guys will like them.
